| Explanation | 【Technology for Erasing Card Surface Printing】 After whiting out a card, we reprint and process it, thus providing an environmentally friendly way to reduce costs. • When a visually unacceptable card is produced in the manufacturing process, we erase the printed part on its surface. • We erase the printed part on the surface of cards that have become unusable. • We erase the printed part on the surface of dirty cards that have been collected. -The techniques (patents pending) we use to erase the surface of cards does not work with every kind of printed/processed cards. -Although we can erase the printing, transcription, numbering, etc., on the surface layer, we cannot erase cards that are printed or processed with upper layers. -The uniformity of the finish may depend on the condition of a card (ageing, warpage, burrs, etc.). 【Card Printing】 We have the capacity to produce some 1.5 million cards per month using a waterless offset printing process that is easy on the environment. 【Smart Cards (Encoding)】 We recommend setting up smart card data (encoding) in order to strengthen a card's security function. • Secure user data setup that cannot be fraudulently written or read. The utilization of UID/IdMs does not by any means guarantee a solution. |
