| Explanation | The International Operations Headquarters (President: Mr. Masami Yamamoto) of Yamazen Corporation (hereafter “Yamazen”) will reorganize two existing offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and establish a local corporation in Ho Chi Minh City, with the aim to expand the local market by strengthening the company’s sales function. --------------------------------------------------- The new local corporation will carry inventories of products and parts, frequently hold private exhibitions and technical seminars in cooperation with our manufacturers, and develop community-based and proposal-oriented marketing activities. We will step up our new business development and service delivery capability geared toward our Japanese customers in Vietnam in such areas as two-wheeled vehicles and precision electric parts. At the same time, we will promote creation of a marketing organization in Vietnam led by local employees, enhance engineering application ability as a glocal company, and attain “Customer Delight” and improved customer satisfaction. By taking the above-mentioned initiatives, we plan to boost our turnover in the region to \2.0 billion in the next three years. We will also strengthen inter-regional partnership under the North Asia Regional Headquarters, and strive to gain trade rights in a broader area by making maximum use of all functions and resources available to us. |
